Anne is a patient at our Worcester, MA Medi Tresse office and initially came in concerned about hair loss everywhere. In the past, she tried minoxidil. She found her hair loss to be embarrassing and concerning and came to us seeking treatment.
After her initial consultation, Anne was then diagnosed by our team for androgenic alopecia, or Female Pattern Hair Loss (FPHL). Her goal was to be able to regrow enough hair to reverse the bald spots from hair thinning and miniaturization.

The LaserCap® is a device that utilizes Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) to stimulate the hair follicle cells to grow. The LaserCap® utilizes a cool beam laser that encourages tissue repair and recovery on the scalp. These forms of light are not capable of burning skin, which makes prolonged use safe for patients.
