Medical micropigmentation and microblading are semi-permanent procedures where pigment is placed into the dermal layer of the skin to provide the illusion of hair. Medical micropigmentation and microblading do not treat the hair loss or improve hair health, but they camouflage the area and give the appearance of natural hair. Micropigmentation is a great option for someone looking for immediate camouflage, but it can also be a great complement to medical treatments like Optimal Platelet Concentration (OPC) Therapy or Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy. Microblading is a great alternative for patients looking for thicker eyebrows, but would prefer not to go the surgical transplant route.
